Patient Responsibility As a courtesy to our patients, we will attempt to confirm your appointment with the current contact information we have on file. It is the patient's responsibility to keep scheduled appointments. There is a $40 fee for missed appointments. Please update your insurance and contact information at every appointment when checking in.

We can accommodate patients who call and require urgent medical attention. Walk-in lab patients are a first-come, first-served basis starting at 7:30am.
